Hip-Hop Summit Denver Returns September 5 at The Black Box for Third Annual All-Elements Celebration

Free, all-ages event brings Denver's hip-hop community together from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

DENVER, Colo., May 6, 2026 – Hip-Hop Summit Denver will return Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Black Box, 314 E. 13th Ave., for its third annual celebration of MCing, DJing, breaking, graffiti art, and knowledge. The free, all-ages event brings Denver artists, families, vendors, performers, and hip-hop fans together for a full day of hip-hop culture.

The 2026 Hip-Hop Summit will feature live DJs, performances, breaking showcases, open mic cyphers, live graffiti art, and vendors. Event partners include Colorado Street Art Company, Beats Bodega, Bboy Factory, Mosaic Society of Art, and Moods R&B.

Now entering its third year, Hip-Hop Summit Denver has grown from a grassroots cultural gathering into a recognized community event for Denver's hip-hop scene. Prior years drew about 500 attendees each year.

“Hip-Hop Summit Denver is an all-elements hip-hop jam. We're creating a space where DJs, MCs, breakers, graffiti writers, vendors, families, and heads can experience hip-hop as a full movement, not just one piece of it.”
