By submitting this form, I consent to Hip-Hop Summit Denver displaying my artwork at the 2026 event and to its use for promotional purposes of the event. All copyright shall otherwise reside with the artist.

I understand that great care will be taken handling and exhibiting my artwork, but I will not hold Hip-Hop Summit Denver, Colorado Street Art Company, or event sponsors responsible for loss or damage to artwork.

All sales of artwork are by and between the buyer and artist with no commission to Hip-Hop Summit Denver. Unsold artwork must be retrieved by the artist at the conclusion of the event.
